Within the biological sequence expertise a web application was performed to treat amino acid sequences submitted by users. It performs sequence alignments through an external program to identify domains and locates disulfide bridges. The application determines the glycosylation sites. It offers to users an interface that allows the visualization and the modification of results.

I was the developer of this application leaded by my tutor for the complexity of the algorithms in terms of sequence aligments.

This application is implemented in Java using MVC approach, and OpenJPA as well as Struts2 frameworks. HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery library are used for the graphical interface. Below is the architecture of the application.

In a short period of time I had the opportunity to touch every aspect of the platform. I worked on the Java server side as well as the AngularJS frontend and played with the connected objects. The server and the front communicate thanks to REST API. The databased used are PostgreSQL and InfluxDB. My focus was on the JSON message that was sent by the platform to the given service. The platform offers the users to transform the object's messages in their way.

What is Taxes ? Taxes is an application for tax management. Really? Yes! Amaris is a consultancy company that decided, in the first place, to build its own ERP.

As an Analyst-Developer I was in charge of the creation and integration of this application. I had technical lead of the application. I was managing the database and project structure (including APIs), doing the time estimations, be part of the meeting with the project manager and clients and also be in touch with other technical leader of the ERP applications. Hopefully I was not alone but working with a strong team to help me in my decisions. I definitely needed to understand the business to bring this app to life.

The application is made with Microsoft technologies. C# for the server and ASP.NET for the web application framework. The database is managed by SQL Server.

I had the chance to follow a module called "Advanced programming for mobile devices" during my year in Glasgow. I created my first Android application as a school project. The requirements were to have an independent server and an app where two Android devices had to communicate through that server.

My team partner and I decided to compute the Connect 4 game. After coding the rules on the Java server, which was the toughest algorithm part, we created the Android user interface. The application offers offline and online modes.
